Getting in shape no longer requires you to just run on a treadmill or lift weights. You can get in shape in a pool.

Finding the exercise you like to do and won’t get bored doing it is the key to keeping fit and healthy. That is what TW FitZonetrainer Jennifer Jones said Wednesday on “Live Well.”
Total Woman trainer Jennifer Jones, center, tells "Live Well" host Lisa Krch, left, and contributor Lisa Kimble about exercise and what TW FitZone offers during a segment of the show. Jones, who has been a trainer for nine years, said TW FitZone offers up to 70 classes a week, from yoga to pilates to spin classes.
“You have to have motivation and desire,” she said. When a person is doing the same exercise every day it’s natural for the mind to get bored. But it’s not just your mind. According to Jones, every four to six weeks the human body plateaus, so you have to shock it with a different workout to continue seeing results.
