FORGIVE

Forgiveness is not just for other people, but for yourself as well. There are so many great quotes about forgiveness. I really love the one below, "To forgive is to let a prisoner free, then find out the prisoner was you". I saw this in a documentary I was watching. I may not be quoting it precisely, but it says what I felt when I heard it.

You have likely heard the one about how holding onto resentment or hate is like drinking poison and expecting someone else to die.

Think about who or what you can forgive so that you can live free. That includes forgiving yourself for not being perfect!!
